R.O.S.A. x Mind the GAP: Empowering Young Voices Through Creativity
We are excited to announce a new partnership between R.O.S.A. and Mind the GAP, a youth-led initiative born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, founded and led by high school student Minseo Cha.
Mind the GAP was created around a simple but powerful belief: opportunity should not depend on how much support someone already has.
Through creativity, education, mentorship, and community access, the initiative aims to give young people, particularly those who may not have access to expensive lessons, competitions, or international platforms, a place to share their ideas, build confidence, and take their first creative steps.
Creating Opportunities Through Creativity
Mind the GAP believes that young people should have opportunities to express themselves and develop their creativity, regardless of the resources or support available to them.
One of its key initiatives is the Mind the GAP International Young Arts Competition, which gives students ages 11–15 a platform to share their perspectives, explore their identities and communities, and connect with young people beyond their own countries.
Beyond its youth creativity initiatives, Mind the GAP also supports Adult English Access, helping adult learners develop practical English skills for work, education, family life, and everyday communication.
Building a Global Community Together
For R.O.S.A., this partnership is another step toward creating meaningful connections between young people and communities around the world.
By bringing students together through creativity and education, R.O.S.A. and Mind the GAP hope to encourage young people to share their ideas, discover new perspectives, and recognize the value of their own voices.
Together, we look forward to empowering the next generation of changemakers—one voice, one story, and one opportunity at a time.
R.O.S.A. as an Official Outreach Partner
As an Official Outreach Partner, R.O.S.A. will support the Mind the GAP International Young Arts Competition by helping students in Vietnam connect with students in Italy, Tanzania, and Thailand.
Through creativity, participants will have opportunities for cultural exchange and global community building, sharing their voices while learning about the experiences and perspectives of young people from different parts of the world.
R.O.S.A. will also support the initiative by offering prizes and educational opportunities, including online courses and workshops in creative writing and video content creation.
This new partnership is helping R.O.S.A. expand and enhance its program and impact in Vietnam, bringing together a shared commitment to global education, youth empowerment, and greater access to opportunities.
