Partner FAQ
"Together, we can build learning that lasts."
Collaboration is the heart of everything we do. Our partners schools, NGOs, universities, and innovators help us co-create learning journeys rooted in local relevance and global purpose. This FAQ explores how we can build something greater together, grounded in trust, creativity, and shared values.
Who can partner with ROSA?
We welcome partnerships from:
- Public and private schools
- Universities and academic institutions
- Nonprofits and foundations
- Social enterprises and education startups
- Corporate CSR teams
- Local municipalities or youth agencies
If your mission aligns with inclusive, global education, we want to work with you.
What kinds of partnerships are possible?
ROSA partnerships are collaborative and flexible. We work with partners in several ways, including:
- Program co-creation (e.g., educational labs, leadership camps, service learning)
- Volunteer exchanges (sending or receiving skilled mentors or interns)
- Joint curriculum design (e.g., coding, storytelling, global citizenship)
- Digital access projects (equipping labs, setting up Wi-Fi, teacher training)
- Community engagement events (hackathons, seminars, cultural festivals)
- Content or media support (storytelling, video, translation, podcasting)
- Shared impact research and reporting
Every partnership is uniquely designed to match local needs and global vision.
Do we need to be based in the same country as ROSA?
Not at all. We welcome local, national, and international collaborations. Many of our strongest partners work with us remotely, supporting programs through digital content, funding, remote mentoring, or resource sharing.
Can we co-design a program for our school or community?
Yes. Co-design is central to our approach. We collaborate with educators and community leaders to create:
- Thematic learning journeys (e.g., digital storytelling, environmental action)
- Capacity-building programs for teachers
- Culturally adapted curriculum modules
- Hybrid and remote-friendly learning experiences
- Short-term “impact sprints” or long-term community programs
Your needs + our experience = shared success.
Why partner with ROSA?
- Impact-driven: We work in underserved communities where education can be transformational.
- Agile & Creative: We’re a small, mission-focused team—flexible, fast, and responsive.
- Inclusive by Design: We center voices from the community and ensure diverse learner representation.
- Track Record: Since 2014, we’ve co-created programs across Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
What do we bring as a partner?
Partners may contribute through:
- Strategic planning or advisory support
- Learning resources (e.g., digital tools, content, translation)
- Financial or in-kind contributions
- Volunteer recruitment and mentorship
- Access to networks or field sites
- Joint visibility (events, campaigns, storytelling)
We welcome both mission-aligned partners and experimental collaborations.
Will there be a formal agreement?
Yes. We believe in clarity and mutual respect. For larger partnerships, we’ll draft a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlining:
- Shared objectives
- Roles and responsibilities
- Timeline and deliverables
- Mutual commitments on safety, ethics, and impact
For smaller collaborations, a simpler letter of intent may suffice.
How do we measure impact together?
We design outcome-based partnerships with shared success metrics such as:
- Number of learners or teachers reached
- Knowledge/skills gained (via pre/post tools or feedback)
- Volunteer or mentor engagement
- Media reach or community engagement
- Long-term community-led sustainability
ROSA provides regular updates, impact reports, and optional co-branded storytelling.
