Building Bridges: R.O.S.A. and Addis Guzo Unite

At R.O.S.A, we believe meaningful social impact is built through collaboration, shared values, and action-driven partnerships. Our mission to empower disadvantaged communities through education, vocational opportunities, and capacity-building cannot be achieved alone. That is why we are proud to highlight our growing relationship with Addis Guzo, a Swiss-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting people with disabilities in Ethiopia.

Addis Guzo works tirelessly to improve access to rehabilitation services, mobility aids such as wheelchairs, and vocational education programs for people with disabilities, especially women and underserved communities across Ethiopia. Their commitment to inclusion and independence closely aligns with the core mission of R.O.S.A.: creating pathways to education, employment, and long-term opportunity for those who face systemic barriers.

We are especially proud of our Strategic Development Manager, Hewan Asfeha, who recently organized a successful Fundraising Aperitivo in Rome on May 12 in support of Addis Guzo’s initiatives. The event brought together community members who share a belief in disability inclusion, social equity, and sustainable development.

At R.O.S.A., we intentionally work with passionate young leaders who are committed to creating measurable social impact. By supporting grassroots initiatives, nonprofit partnerships, and international community development efforts, we strive to help build a future where education and opportunity are accessible to all.

Our collaboration with Addis Guzo reflects a shared belief that vocational training, educational access, rehabilitation services, and community support are essential tools for empowering vulnerable populations. Together, we are helping create opportunities for greater independence, inclusion, and hope for people with disabilities in Ethiopia and beyond.

Partnerships like these remind us that lasting change happens when organizations and individuals come together with purpose. When you lead with commitment, you turn solidarity into action.
