We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with R1 Lease, a leading company in operational leasing and value-added IT services, to support ReCoding Africa—our innovative program bringing digital education to Tanzanian high school students and teachers.

A Milestone Achievement

This collaboration follows a landmark agreement with the Zanzibar Ministry of Education and Vocational Training (MoEVT), signed on April 14, 2025, which will expand ReCoding Africa’s reach through a "train-the-trainer" model. Together, we aim to:

• Equip hundreds of teachers and thousands of students with future-ready skills through the waterfall impact model.

• Strengthen Tanzania’s education system to meet global standards.       

• Foster sustainable community growth through technology.

Why This Matters

The statistics speak for themselves: 76% of Zanzibar’s population is under 25. This young, dynamic generation will enter the workforce in the next two decades—but without the right skills, they risk being left behind in an increasingly digital global economy.

ReCoding Africa is designed to change that. The program doesn’t just teach—it transforms, preparing Tanzanian youth to drive sustainable growth in their communities while aligning the country’s educational system with international standards.

A Government-Backed Initiative for Maximum Impact

The program has already gained significant institutional recognition. On April 14, 2025, ReCoding Africa signed an official partnership with the Zanzibar Ministry of Education, enabling the initiative to scale through a "cascade model". This means that within just a few years, thousands of students, teachers, and families will benefit from enhanced digital education.
