Empowering Future Leaders with R.O.S.A. and Cisco Networking Academy

R.O.S.A. has partnered with Cisco Networking Academy, a global leader in IT education, to bring transformative tech education to students and teachers in Africa and Southeast Asia. Through this initiative, we offer innovative pathways for anyone interested in a tech internship either online or on site in Tanzania and Thailand.

ReCoding Future: IT Education in Africa and Beyond

Our ReCoding Future program is designed to welcome coding volunteers and prepare participants for Cisco’s industry-recognized certifications through hybrid learning models that include self-paced online courses, in-person classes, intensive coding boot camps, and summer camps. Interns and volunteers can gain valuable skills  by teaching one or more subjects listed in our tech education program.

Cisco Networking Academy e-learning platform By leveraging Cisco’s online resources and internationally recognized badges and certifications,  interns, volunteers as well as our target students in Africa and Thailand gain technical skills highly sought after in today’s job market.

Career Development and Global Job Market Access

We focus on mentoring and career support, connecting African and Thai students, interns and volunteers with Cisco and other tech companies globally, making this program perfect for those seeking experience as a coding volunteer or tech intern in a growing digital economy.
